The Elements of Art

So for starters, what makes a good design?  What parts of a design help relay a message to our audience?  Well, the basics to Graphic Design are a must.  As designers, we must display visual information to our audience so that it is perceived not only correctly, but also effectively.  To achieve this, we must start with the bare bones basics to create that visual effectiveness.  Our elements of art include: line, shape, value, color, texture, and form.
